Kenna Price
Veronica Venezia played at Lebanon Valley College (2017-2023) where she received a
bachelor’s degree in exercise science and is currently in graduate school for a master’s in
applied kinesiology. She played basketball her freshman and sophomore year and lacrosse
all six years. She was a starter in lacrosse every year. As a freshman, Veronica was named
MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the year, All MAC Commonwealth Second Team, Division
III ECAC Rookie of the year, and MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week.
In her sophomore year, Veronica emerged as one of the top scorers in the region as she
earned MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week, IWLCA Second Team All-Metro
Region honors, MAC Commonwealth First Team, and Lebanon Valley College won the
MAC Championship for the first time ever at Lebanon Valley College that year. Also named
captain for the lacrosse team her junior year and the following three years. Was named
MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Week, All-MAC Commonwealth First Team
and IWLCA Division III All-Region Second Team, Metro Region her senior and 5th year.
In her 5th year, she broke the record for assists in an individual career and set a new
record for draw controls in a single game. In her 6th year she set the program record for
most career points and appeared in the IWLCA Senior All-Star Game. She is currently the
all-time leader in career points with 411 points at LVC and within the MAC conference,
13th player in NCAA Division 3 to reach 400 points, 10th all-time NCAA Division 3, all-time
leader in career assists with 200 assists at LVC and within the MAC Conference,
11th player in NCAA Division 3 to reach 200 assists, LVC 2nd all-time leader in career draw
controls with 218, LVC 3rd all-time leader in career goals with 211 goals, only the 3rd player
at LVC to record 99+ points in a season (2019- 110 points, 2021- 99 points), LVC single
game record holder; assists with 10 for two games, points with 14, draw controls with 14,
the goal record is 9 but she recorded 8 goals in 3 games.
Veronica went to Mount Sinai High School in Long Island and graduated from there in 2017. Was named Section XI
Unsung Hero Award her senior year. While at Mount Sinai, the lacrosse team won three
consecutive N.Y. State Championships. Veronica also played basketball and volleyball at
Mount Sinai. For basketball she was awarded MVP her senior Year, captain for three
seasons, All-League throughout all four seasons, All-County, Suffolk County Class A
Championship, League Championship, Section XI All-County Team, N.Y. State qualifier and
Section XI Small School Championship. For volleyball, Veronica was awarded four-time All-
League, captain her junior and senior year and Mustang Award her sophomore year.
