FEE STRUCTURE
The fee for the MIDDLE SCHOOL players will include interactive, quality coaching designed to improve individual and team skills, all tournament registrations, competitive playing experiences, field and gym rental fees, equipment & insurance, teamsnap account, administrative costs.
The fee for HIGH SCHOOL players includes all of the items listed above as well as recruitment guidance, recruit cards for college coaches, Sports Recruit recruiting profile and intermediary services between athletes and college coaches.
Note: All travel related expenses are extra and are the responsibility of each individual player.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are spread over 4 periods from August until March.
Due to the nature of the front-loaded business, there is significant cost that is paid almost a year in advance. We will not refund for a player that no longer wants to play. We will not prorate for any events/dates that a player can't make. When you accept your roster spot, you are committing to the team.
USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP
All members of Phantastix are required to be members for the US Lacrosse to supplement personal insurance policies. All tournaments require this coverage. Without membership, you will not be able to participate in practices and games.
