Julie Falk Safran
Julie Falk Safran is a 2014 graduate of Bloomsburg University, where she competed as an attacker. Julie led the Huskies to four PSAC playoff appearances including a PSAC Championship in 2012 where she was named tournament MVP. She was selected to the PSAC All Team all four years and was Second Team All-Region IWLCA during her college career. Julie was elected as Captain both her junior and senior seasons and currently holds Bloomsburg’s all-time records for goals (203) and points (295) while second in assists (92). Prior to BU, Julie spent a year redshirting at Old Dominion University under legendary coach, Sue Stahl. Prior to ODU, Julie was the Lebanon League Attack MVP her senior season and three time Lebanon League and section all-star for the Penn Manor Comets. Julie began her coaching career with club team, Ultimate. She is currently the head coach at Lancaster Country Day School and Lancaster Catholic since October of 2018. She has been with Phantastix coaching the 2022 West since 2019. Julie’s favorite thing about being a part of Phantastix is the bonds with the athletes and their families. She has enjoyed watching the progress of each player and is excited for each of them and their futures on and off the lacrosse field.
