Caroline Jaeger

Caroline Jaeger is a 2017 graduate of GettysburgCollege where she was a member of the 2017 National Champion team. She led the team in goals while also being awarded 2017 IWLCA All-American and All-Centennial Conference honors. While at Gettysburg, her teams won two Centennial Conference titles and made the Elite 8 three times in addition to her Final Four appearance and National Championship season. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organization and Management Studies with a Business minor. Caroline works for the Girl Scouts as a Product Sales and Retail Specialist. Jaeger’s coaching career began during her college
summers as an assistant coach with T3 Elite. In 2018, she served as the varsity head coach at Eastern York High School. Then in 2019, Caroline was the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at York College where the team won their first ever Capital Athletic Conference championship. She started coaching with Phantastix West in the fall of 2019.
