Mia Valerio

Mia is a rising Junior midfielder at Richmond University. As a freshman she Played in 15 games, started in 5 and totaled 14 ground balls and 4 caused turnovers on the season.

Prior to Richmond Mia was a USA Lacrosse All-American and All-Academic at Springfield High School. In 2023 she was named Springfield High School Female Athlete of the Year and was a Three-time First Team All-League Selection (2021,2022,2023). She played Club for phantastix and is excited to be back coaching this summer!
