Kiley Mottice

Kiley is a rising senior attacker at UNC. In 2024, she had a breakout sophomore season, playing in all 17 games and earning 16 starts. She finished the year with 33 goals, seven assists, 40 points, 20 ground balls, and seven caused turnovers—leading the team in goals. In the 2025 season, Kiley continued to make an impact as both an attacker and midfielder for the Tar Heels and was named team captain. Over her three years at UNC, she has tallied 75 goals and 21 assists for a total of 96 points.

Before joining the Tar Heels, Kiley was an All-American at Archbishop John Carroll High School, where she played under head coach Lorraine Beers. She was selected for the Under Armour All-America Game and the USA Lacrosse U18 Select Team. As a senior and team captain, she led her squad to a perfect 24-0 season, ending her high school career with 168 goals, 129 assists, and 87 draw controls. She was named 2A Player of the Year, Philly Lacrosse Player of the Year, and Times Herald Athlete of the Year. Kiley also played soccer in 2020 and 2021, serving as team captain and MVP.
