Annie Brophy is a 2012 graduate of James Madison University, where she was a 4-year midfielder for the Dukes. Brophy led her teams to two CAA Championships and NCAA tournament appearances. Annie was a second team All-Conference player and 3x CAA Commissioners Academic award winner. Annie was voted team captain during her senior season. She was also a 2x team “Purple Pride” award winner, given for exceptional leadership. Before playing for the Dukes, Annie was an All American at Archbishop Carroll. She exceled in both lacrosse and soccer for the Patriots and was multiples times all league, All-Delco and All-Main Line. She was Delco Player of the year for soccer. Annie is a proud Phantastix alumna and enjoys coaching for the club because it allows her to stay connected to a sport that created so many opportunities for her as a student and an athlete!
